All rentals will have access to the full indoor and outdoor experience. The gorgeous mountain and river views that you see in photos are either a step right outside the barn door or within a short walking distance.

 Tables and chairs are included with every rental (enough to seat 280) along with use of a mobile archway, two whiskey barrels. three large wooden wire spool tables and two large rubber troughs for beverages.

 The barn offers indoor bathrooms, a bride's dressing room, prep kitchen (no stove), bar and dance floor area.

 Camping is included with most rentals.

 There is a $1,000 damage deposit that is due 60 days prior to your event date. This amount is fully refundable after the event as long as no damage is found and no excess cleaning is needed.

 To reserve your date I require a signed contract and half down of the actual rental fee. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your event date.
